TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LMTLS Auto. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LMTLS Auto website, your purchase or use of our automotive products and services, and certain interactions with LMTLS Auto (“LMTLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products or services, or authorizing work to be performed by LMTLS Auto, you agree to these Terms, together with any additional estimates, invoices, work orders, service authorizations, warranty terms, or policies applicable to your transaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. SERVICES

LMTLS Auto provides automotive products and services that may include, but are not limited to:

Availability, pricing, installation requirements, estimated completion times, and warranties may vary depending on the vehicle, product, service, and condition of the vehicle.

2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available to LMTLS Auto at the time they are provided.

Online, telephone, email, or photo-based estimates may be preliminary. Final pricing may change after the vehicle is physically inspected or if additional labor, materials, vehicle conditions, previous modifications, damage, contamination, or other circumstances are discovered.

Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation for LMTLS Auto to perform the requested work and does not guarantee appointment availability.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are subject to change based on product and material pricing, availability, vehicle condition, or changes to the requested scope of work.

3. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by LMTLS Auto.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, and service information when scheduling.

Estimated completion dates and times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Completion times may change because of vehicle condition, parts availability, installation complexity, curing requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

4. DEPOSITS

Certain appointments, special-order products, PPF installations, Color PPF installations, tint services, custom projects, or other services may require a deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be applied toward the final balance due.

Deposits associated with specially ordered, custom-cut, custom-manufactured, or non-returnable materials may be non-refundable once those materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Specific deposit and cancellation terms provided on your estimate, invoice, work order, or booking confirmation will control if they differ from these general Terms.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We ask customers to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

LMTLS Auto reserves the right to charge or retain an applicable deposit or cancellation fee for late cancellations, missed appointments, special-order materials, or work already performed or prepared for the scheduled service.

Cancellation policies specific to your appointment may be provided during booking.

6. VEHICLE CONDITION AND PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Customers are responsible for informing LMTLS Auto of known mechanical issues, electrical problems, aftermarket modifications, previous repairs, repainting, bodywork, paint damage, PPF, vinyl wrap, ceramic coatings, or other conditions that could affect the requested service.

LMTLS Auto may document the condition of a vehicle before, during, and after service using photographs, video, written inspection notes, or other records.

Pre-existing conditions may include, but are not limited to:

LMTLS Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects that become apparent during normal disassembly, cleaning, preparation, installation, or removal procedures.

7. PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF) AND COLOR PPF

PPF and Color PPF are designed to help protect covered surfaces but do not make a vehicle damage-proof.

Film may reduce damage from certain rock chips, road debris, environmental contamination, and minor surface abrasion, but it cannot prevent all scratches, impacts, dents, paint damage, staining, or other damage.

Customers acknowledge that minor seams, edges, relief cuts, joins, or other installation characteristics may be necessary depending on panel shape, film characteristics, vehicle design, and installation requirements.

Pre-existing paint defects, repainting, bodywork, poor paint adhesion, clear-coat failure, or previous repairs may affect installation and removal.

LMTLS Auto cannot guarantee the condition of non-factory, repainted, repaired, or otherwise compromised paint when PPF or other adhesive-backed materials are removed.

Film appearance, finish, texture, color, hydrophobic properties, expected lifespan, and warranty coverage vary by manufacturer and product.

8. WINDOW TINT

Window tint appearance and performance may vary based on the vehicle’s glass, existing tint, dot-matrix patterns, weather conditions, and film selected.

Small amounts of moisture, haze, or temporary visual distortion may be present immediately after installation and generally diminish as the film cures.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning window-tint darkness, reflectivity, windshield coverage, and other restrictions unless LMTLS Auto expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

LMTLS Auto may decline to perform a requested installation that we believe is unsafe or inappropriate.

9. DETAILING AND CERAMIC COATINGS

Detailing results depend on the age, condition, material, previous care, contamination, damage, and wear of the vehicle.

LMTLS Auto does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, water spot, contaminant, or paint defect unless specifically stated in writing.

Ceramic coatings provide surface protection and maintenance benefits but do not make paint scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free.

Proper washing and maintenance are required to maximize coating performance and longevity.

10. AFTERMARKET PARTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Aftermarket products and modifications may alter vehicle appearance, performance, handling, ride quality, noise, emissions characteristics, safety systems, manufacturer warranty coverage, or other vehicle characteristics.

Customers are responsible for understanding the effects and legal requirements associated with modifications they authorize.

Certain products may be intended for off-road, competition, show, or other restricted uses. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products and modifications are appropriate and lawful for their intended use.

LMTLS Auto does not guarantee that an aftermarket product will preserve a manufacturer’s warranty.

11. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS

LMTLS Auto may, at its discretion, install customer-supplied parts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LMTLS Auto does not warrant customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for defects, incorrect fitment, missing components, product failure, shipping damage, or inaccurate manufacturer information associated with those parts.

Additional labor may be charged if customer-supplied parts are incomplete, incorrect, defective, or require additional modification or troubleshooting.

Labor associated with removing or replacing a failed customer-supplied component may also be chargeable.

12. PARTS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Parts, materials, colors, finishes, and products are subject to availability.

Manufacturer delays, discontinued products, backorders, shipping delays, or other supply-chain circumstances may affect estimated completion dates.

LMTLS Auto may recommend or offer an alternative product when the originally requested item is unavailable.

13. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, booking, or purchase.

Unless other arrangements have been approved by LMTLS Auto, all outstanding balances must be paid when services are completed and before the vehicle is released.

We may accept payment through third-party payment processors or financing providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies governing their services.

14. VEHICLE PICKUP AND STORAGE

Customers are responsible for picking up completed vehicles within a reasonable period after being notified that service is complete.

LMTLS Auto may charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles that remain at our facility beyond the pickup period communicated to the customer, subject to applicable law.

Specific storage charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer.

15. WARRANTIES

Certain products or services may include manufacturer or LMTLS Auto warranty coverage.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures vary depending on the product or service.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval.

Warranty coverage does not generally include damage resulting from accidents, abuse, improper maintenance, environmental damage, racing or competition use, third-party repairs or modifications, improper washing, neglect, or conditions outside the intended use of the product.

Specific written warranty terms provided with a product or service control over general descriptions contained on our website.

16. ONLINE STORE

LMTLS Auto operates or may operate an online store for automotive parts, accessories, merchandise, and related products.

Online-store purchases may be subject to additional policies concerning shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, warranties, and product availability.

Where a store-specific policy conflicts with these general Terms regarding an online-store transaction, the applicable store-specific policy will control.

17. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on our websites. However, product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, specifications, colors, fitment information, service descriptions, and other content may contain errors or become outdated.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify services, change pricing, or cancel transactions affected by material errors, subject to applicable law.

Website images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent actual colors, finishes, products, or results.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the LMTLS name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LMTLS Auto and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use our protected materials without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

19. CUSTOMER VEHICLE PHOTOGRAPHY

LMTLS Auto may photograph or record vehicles for inspection, documentation, quality control, warranty, security, or service-record purposes.

Use of identifiable customer vehicles for advertising, social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any permissions or agreements provided by the customer.

Personal information will not intentionally be displayed in promotional material without appropriate authorization.

20. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms, including e-commerce, booking, payment, financing, social media, mapping, analytics, and other services.

LMTLS Auto does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Specific warranties applicable to products or automotive services will be governed by the written warranty terms associated with those products or services.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LMTLS Auto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LMTLS Auto and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or material misrepresentations you provide to us.

24. PRIVACY

Your use of our websites and services is also subject to the LMTLS Auto Privacy Policy.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local law remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

LMTLS Auto may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, website, or applicable laws.

The Effective Date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently updated.

Your continued use of our website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
